I have had the pleasure of working recently alongside Gloria in a Coaching Community where the intention and objective of the program is to significantly grow our Coaching ability and develop into a Master Coach.

In the 6 months of me getting to know Gloria and learning from her in roles as an Operational Coach and Mentor, I’ve watched her have a significant impact on the growth and the development of those who are blessed to be Coached by her.

Gloria has what I call a “High Challenge, High Support” Coaching style, meaning that she provides a high level of emotional support for her Coaching clients, but at the same time challenges her clients to think deeply and really hold them accountable to what it is they claim they want.

It’s this High Challenge/High Support style that really makes her such an outstanding Coach, creating awareness and bringing success to her client’s goals, exactly what’s required in an operational role with all the challenges that executives in these positions have on a daily basis.

I have had the wonderful opportunity to have a ‘ringside’ seat, watching and observing Gloria’s outstanding Coaching technique, especially in the space of asking great questions and listening at a level seldom seen in Coaching.  I have noticed how it has helped me develop into an even better Coach myself.
